Returns & Exchanges Policy

At FLŌ MŌTO, we stand behind the quality of everything we produce. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or consumed items. This helps us ensure product safety and maintain the highest quality standards for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@flomotoenergy.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Unopened Products
We may accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Shipping Issues
FLŌ MŌTO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. However, if your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
