Shipping Policy

At FLŌ MŌTO we work to get your order out quickly and reliably.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times within Canada are typically 2–8 business days, depending on your region.

We may also offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada. For inquiries about shipping outside of Canada, please contact us at info@flomotoenergy.com

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. Flo Moto is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Flo Moto is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant details, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local delivery office. While we’ll do our best to assist, Flo Moto is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
